Dental implants are used as artificial roots in fully or partially edentulous teeth.  Thanks to dentures supported by implants, mastication process is same as the one with your own teeth as they provide successful aesthetic results. Healthy teeth can be made also for 1 tooth missing without any treatment on the neighboring teeth. Implants are made of advanced technology titanium, which is adopted by the body tissues and is highly durable . They are placed under local anesthesia with an operation lasting up to half an hour. Since the surfaces of the implants are subjected to special processes, they form a special bond to the bone and they hold mechanical and cellular attachment. It is  ideal  method  is to wait for 3-6 months for connection.

In recent years, there are researches about making prosthesis without necessity to wait . In this method called Immediate (immediate) loading, many criteria such as state of tissue, implant region, torque force applied during placement, laboratory must be fully compatible with each other. It is in the patient’s interest  to observe a waiting period, since the tiniest discrepancy in these relationships  may result in the loss of the implant. In comparison with the early placement of the implants applied to the cavities and the healing cavities,  and the early loading of the implants was compared and showed  that immediate loading presents 20% risk of loss.
