What is Aesthetic Filling?
It is used to restore lost dental tissues reliably and effectively. It is possible to have up to 4-6 teeth in a single visit. Therefore, the changes can be seen immediately after the first visit, you can have the smile you dreamed of.
While applying aesthetic filling procedures, even under different lightning conditions, lost tooth tissues are repaired in accordance with the natural shape, color, opacity and surface microstructure of a tooth. It is worked using the highest quality (certified) filling materials with the same physical properties, adhesion to tooth tissues, abrasion, and a wide variety of shades offers the opportunity to restore an individual beauty.
You will not feel any discomfort after local anesthesia. During the procedure, a protective preparation technique is used, damaged and demineralized tooth tissues are removed, the teeth are not polished to preserve their vitality and easily corrected if necessary.

How Long Will The Process Take?
The duration of the procedure depends on the number of teeth to be restored and the complexity of the job. If it is necessary to restore 4-6 teeth, the procedure can take about 5-7 hours. In the case of restoration of the anterior teeth, you need to go to the doctor for an examination two to four weeks after the procedure. During the examination, it evaluates the color of the aesthetic filling, the adhesion of the filling material, and the condition of the mucosa. During the examination, a doctor-odontologist can suggest some corrections based on your wishes.
How Would I Feel After Aesthetic Filling?
Some of the voices you pronounced may not be clear (especially if the gaps between the teeth are filled, the position of the teeth has been corrected or any other complex restoration made).
Filled teeth may have an uneven color. The teeth are insulated during the procedure using a moisture-resistant rubber (dental dam), so they dry out and noticeable color differences occur. However, when the teeth become saturated with moisture again, the color is renewed within a few days
After the aesthetic filling, you may feel some gum pain, the gums are red, there may be a slight bleeding while washing your teeth, they may be sensitive.
Compliance may take up to two weeks or longer in some cases.
How is Dental Care Performed After Aesthetic Filling?
Clean your teeth with toothpaste, clean the gaps between dental floss and teeth. It is not recommended to use a hard toothbrush and toothpastes containing harsh abrasive materials (i.e. containing bleach or microgranules), because if the polished surface of a tooth filled in this way wears out faster, the polish will disappear. We recommend that you take professional oral hygiene procedures and polish the aesthetically filled teeth (replenishing the polish of the surface) twice a year.

Amalgam fillings are also known as silver fillings. Amalgam is obtained by mixing silver, tin and copper alloys with mercury. Amalgam fillings have been used for about 150 years.
However, the disadvantage is that it is not aesthetic and rarely causes allergies. There is controversy about the mercury in amalgam filling. However, as mercury combines with other metals in amalgam, its chemical structure changes and becomes harmless.
